Tanveer Naseer is a business coach who works with small businesses and entrepreneurs to develop new strategies for growth and development.

His ability to quickly adapt and master new areas of expertise has allowed him to work in diverse business fields. This has led to such unique opportunities as working in one of the city’s largest hospitals as a clinical embryologist treating couples for infertility issues, to collaborating with an architectural firm on the development of new facility plans for a company re-location project. He has used this diversified work experience to nurture his talents in brainstorming and idea generation, in particular his ability to draw connections between unrelated subjects to foster innovative approaches or viewpoints.

Tanveer attributes his background in the scientific field for his focus in understanding the nature of interactions in business, as well as being able to break down and improve complex processes. He has used this approach to help guide teams into focusing on a small set of ideas for implementation and refinement as the process evolves.

In addition to his established technical side, Tanveer has a deep interest in fostering a more personal approach to business, one where the value of employees is viewed as being a critical aspect to any business practice. This focus has led Tanveer to create employee safety training programs while serving as the Radiation Safety Officer for a multinational biotechnology firm, as well as creating a Health and Safety committee to implement changes to monitor and improve working conditions where necessary.

He’s used his strong entrepreneurial drive to help start up three companies, as well as taking on the roles of co-executive producer, writer, and director for the internet drama series, “Star Trek: Unity”.

Tanveer holds a Master of Science degree from McGill University and currently lives in Montreal, Canada with his wife and their young daughters.
