Hi jkthunder,

Oh, I'm sure the BSG chef has been lacing our dishes with some addictive elements - like compelling, believable characters and some fantastic storytelling. All that good stuff one needs for a healthy television diet. :D

In regards to how the downturn in the economy will affect TV programming, I'd like to think that adding more constraints will fuel more creativity and new, innovative ways for storytelling in the visual medium. But sadly, I'm worried that all we'll end up with is more "reality"-based programming. Ugh.

<a href="http://www.tanveernaseer.com/bsg-revelations-review" rel="nofollow">As for the image I created for "Revelations"</a>, I'm very flattered and yes, your welcome to share it with your readers on your blog. Just be sure to come back here after Friday for a post-BSG opening wrap session. Just 3 more days to go!

Ha! What a wonderful way to compare the series to a 5 course meal. I think we've had plenty of time to digest and make room for dessert, although I think they may have laced the series with something that makes you continually crave more. This is why it's so bittersweet - that the end is nigh. And fortuitous is right! So true that if they had not decided to end it, it may very well have been cut short or declined in production value, given the state of the economy (Oh my! Will all TV suck for the next 5 years now??).

Agreed. Friday can not get here soon enough. BTW - I love the photo you created for your "Revelations" review. I would like to show it off in my blog as well, with proper credit of course!
