I agree with you that helping others creates this cycle where the action continues to build onto itself, which is why it is so beneficial to practice. And you&#039;re right that it may not be obvious at first, especially if we tend to focus only inwardly.
But if we think of it as being like a muscle, then we can see that the more we work it, the more we&#039;ll gain from using it.  And like building muscles, it&#039;s hard work at the start, but it gets easier the more we use it.
